Fragmentary: ....Terentius Rufinus, son of Lucius, of the Papiria tribe, of Interannienses, 58 years old…Terentius Italicus, son of Lucius, of the Papiria tribe, 60 years old, Terentius Rufus, son of Lucius, of the Papiria tribe, of Italy (?), 55 years old, here they lie, may the earth rest lightly upon you. Phaedimus Daphnus Nico, freedman of Terentius Rufinus made this according to his will.
Commentary
The inscription is fragmentary, but alongside Terentius Rufinus, may also include migrants from Italy or perhaps the city of Italica, given the name of Terentius Italicus, and the possible ethnic of Italicus attributed to Terentius Rufus; as an adjective Italicus means Italian, but HEpOnl 20150 indicates that as a name this could also be potentially linked to Italica.
