Translation

To the Spirits of the Dead, Aurelius Aelidorus, of the people of Greece, a citizen of Tarsus in Cilicia, spending some time in Hispalis, who lived 80 years, more or less, rest faithful in peace.

Commentary

Note the late date of this inscription. Graecus is clearly understood here as an ethnicity rather than a location. Tarsus in Cilicia is taken as the mapping point here but this does not reflect the full complexity of Aurelius Aeliodorus' mobility.
