To Marcus Valerius Propinquus Grattius Cerealis, son of Marcus, of the Valeria tribe, of Edeta, priest of the province of Hispania Citerior, who was given the offices of his city (?), having been admitted as an eques by the emperor Titus, praefectus fabrum twice, praefectus cohortis of the Secundae Asturum in Germania, tribune of the V legion Macedonica in Moesia, prafectus alae Phrygian, also praefctus alae III Thracian in Syria. The province of Hispania Citerior (put this up).
