Translation

To Marcus Valerius Capellianus, son of Marcus, of the Galeria tribe and of the Aniensis tribe, of Damania, having been admitted in the colonia Caesaraugusta out of the benficence of the divine Hadrian, holder of all the offices in Damania and Caesaraugusta (lit.having performed all the honours in each of his republics), priest of the divine Roma and Augusti. The province of Hispania Citerior (put this up).

Commentary

Originally from Damania (unlocated) but then adlected into the ordo at Caesaraugusta by Hadrian; as Hadrian is described as the divus Hadrianus, the inscription must date to after his death in 138. Damania is unlocated but was in the Conventus Caesaraugustanus and the point of origin is therefore mapped to Colonia Caesaraugusta.
