Translation

To Marcus Sempronius Capito, son of Marcus, of the Quirina tribe, of Grallium, having been admitted in the ordo of Caesaraugusta, holder of all the offices of Grallium and Caesaraugusta (lit. having performed all the honours of each of his republics), priest of the province of Hispania Citerior. The province of Hispania Citerior (put this up).

Commentary

Marcus Sempronius Capito was originally from Grallium, an unknown location, but most likely within the administrative region of Conventus Caesaraugustanus. His point of origin is mapped to Colonia Caesaraugusta, where he was adlected into the ordo.
