The province of Hispania Citerior (put this up).

Commentary

There are two locations in Tarraconensis known as Alaba, Ab(ou)la / Al(a)ba (Pl. 265763) and Alaba (Pl. 265787); this individual has been mapped to the former, better-documented, location.
