Translation

Gaius Pompeius Motugenus, son of Caturo, of the Galeria tribe, of Uxama, willingly fulfilled his vow to the god Bormanicus, whoever aspires to honour, your honour you may maintain thus, may you warn the boy that he not erase this stone (?)
