Translation

Publius Cosconius Arsensis, son of Publius, from the Galeria tribe, soldier in the X legion Gemina, in the century of Etrilus, 40 years old, 11 years service, here he lies.

Commentary

Le Roux (1982: 174) dates the inscription to the first half of the first century, and proposes that Ars(ensis) should be read as both cognomen and origo.
