Translation

Sacred to Hercules, Marcus Sellius Honoratus, son of Lucius, of the Arnensis tribe, with his home at Choba, from the province of Mauretania Caesariensis, praefectus alae milliariae of the II Flavia Hispanorum civium Romanorum, having been granted his prayers, built a temple to the god Alcides from its foundations.
