Apparatus

Translation

Sacred to the Spirits of the Dead, Nusatita, boy slave (?), born from the people of Thrace, more or less three years old, lies in the region of Campania, this favour having been asked for.

Commentary

A young slave boy with Thracian family links, buried in Campania but commemorated by an unknown person or persons in Ossigi in Baetica. This inscription is mapped to a representative point in Thracia but this does not reflect the full complexity of Nusatita's origins.
